It’s been a while since I updated you on the new posts and developments at Across and Abroad – The Ultimate Outdoor Adventure & Travel Blog. (Gotta respect SEO…)

In the past six months, I’ve seen my traffic more than double — which I attribute to refining my SEO and continuing a strict commitment to quality posts and images, along with promotion on Social Media.

Speaking of Social Media, I’ve recently joined Pinterest, as this may just be the hot new Internet destination for promoting one’s blog. Already I’ve been getting “repinned” quite a bit.

Also, the blog has recently caught the attention of Cision, an international PR firm and media database, which is now including Across and Abroad in their media list. (Bring on the endless Press Releases in my inbox every day!)

Finally, I’ve done some redesigns on the website — most notably a new, more refined header image.
